At TripFlow, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the terms below.

15-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unused and in the same condition you received it;

be returned in its original packaging;

include all accessories, inserts, and any promotional items received with it; and

be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at calmyl.help@gmail.com and include:

clear photos showing the issue.
If the claim is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other solution as required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

items that have been used, opened, emptied, or tampered with after delivery;

items not returned in their original packaging;
-
personalized or custom-made products; or
-
gift cards.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or as otherwise required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may still be eligible for return under this policy.

International Customers
We sell worldwide, and consumer protection laws may vary by country or region.
Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer laws applicable in your place of residence. Where local law provides additional rights or protections, those rights will apply.

European Union and United Kingdom Consumers
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel or withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason, subject to any lawful exceptions.

Returned items must be sent back unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, unless local law provides otherwise.
Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law.
